What to write about
- A download link that expired or failed. Include your order reference from the Stripe receipt. We reissue links at no cost, indefinitely.
- A refund. Within 60 days, no explanation needed. See the refund policy.
- An invoice or tax document. Tell us the company name, address and tax ID and we will send a proper invoice against your order.
- Team licences above five seats. Tell us the seat count and we will send a quote and an invoice.
- An error in the book. Genuinely welcome. Include the page number. Corrections ship in the free updates and are listed in the changelog.
- Consulting or implementation work. Anodize Labs takes a small number of paid implementation engagements alongside the books; see anodizelabs.com for what that work looks like. Tell us what you are trying to ship and we will tell you honestly whether we are a fit, and what it would cost.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction, deletion or export. See the privacy policy.
What we will not do
- Unpaid consulting. Reviewing your codebase or advising on your setup is implementation work, which we do, billed. The books are the affordable version of that.
- Affiliate or reseller arrangements.
- Sponsored placements or paid mentions inside the books.
Response times
Two business days is the target and the usual outcome. Refunds are processed at the moment we reply rather than being queued behind anything else. There is no phone line and no live chat: one monitored inbox is what we can staff honestly.

We take no money from any tool vendor, and no product is mentioned in the books because someone paid for it to be.
